You could probably get it all done under $2,000 depending on the extent. <br /> <br />Vermiculite is what concerns most people but Health Canada recommends you leave it alone, just seal the attic and don't play with it. Several homes we looked at back then, had a similar Asbestos situation around the pipes and boiler.
