Maybe it's better not to wait.

I'm guessing the Hudson will look starkly different when it's done and be mostly unrecognizable.

The kitchen's in the lofts can't take up too much space. I was pleasantly surprised with my friend's. You can't have too many people in there to begin with... she makes good use of racks and knick knack hangy things she buys at Ikea and Cap. They are so far outside of what I consider a fair price range that I just never bother to stop.

It wouldn't be a bad idea for me to start looking though. That is where I expect the first cracks in the market to appear. The lack the intrinsic value land has, and more likely to suffer from multiple identical units for sale at the same time. Also lowest bar to entry so the least savvy specuvestors are usually the first to wash out.Villagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01880618948392892946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7123542260692860177.post-39097444361821950552007-08-21T11:34:00.000-07:002007-08-21T11:34:00.000-07:00-I actually threw up a little in my mouth at that....-I actually threw up a little in my mouth at that...

ROTFLMAO!!!Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03507072299723016016noreply@blogger.com
