Hopefully the savings will be passed along to the consumer. Not sure what the newspaper editor was thinking. I double-checked on the phone with them and said feel free to edit out the advertising so long as my story gets in. The letter had some positive comments, a personal story, questionable opinions, and stirred up some controversy. All good componants in a LTTE. The plugs provided the reader some context about where I'm coming from and also resulted in two more registrants for pre-sales. Nothing was hidden. We've spent less than $2000 in advertising in the Courier thus far. Hardly enough to pull strings. I believe what I said about the continued demand for nice condo projects. Anyone who thinks it is 'BS' can talk to me in a year. No point in arguing about it now. I am sincerely sad about friends and clients who've been waiting for the last three or more years for prices to go down before they get in. They are still renting and I honestly can't see how they will ever own. Its not my or my colleages fault that prices continue to rise.

By the way, I find a lot of arrogance, bitterness, and ignorance on this entire blog.

DEAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7123542260692860177.post-17918560514816935752007-10-21T17:13:00.000-07:002007-10-21T17:13:00.000-07:00If you have not looked yet please see the Vancouve...If you have not looked yet please see the Vancouver Condo Info blog.

What is going on is making me sick.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13756361299909314983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7123542260692860177.post-8093774033784188692007-10-21T13:16:00.000-07:002007-10-21T13:16:00.000-07:00Why doesn't someone write to this paper.I put this...Why doesn't someone write to this paper.

I put this on the Vancouver blog about the New York Times article.

Lets start something. Vancouver housing prices are destined to crash. Don't ask me when, but only fools are buying at these prices. The housing bubble in Australia was the first to start deflating.

http://globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com/2007/10/what-factors-are-affecting-us-dollar.htmlAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7123542260692860177.post-84608692951819888622007-10-19T17:00:00.000-07:002007-10-19T17:00:00.000-07:00make me want to puke is right...
